Since all Knovely products are digital and delivered instantly, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds. Once you’ve downloaded your files, they’re yours to keep.
What if I have trouble accessing my files?
If you experience any issues with your download link or files, reach out to us at hello@knovely.com. We’ll make sure you get access within 24 hours.
Can I exchange a product?
Exchanges aren’t possible with digital items. However, if you’d like to upgrade to a bundle after purchasing a single product, contact us and we’ll provide a discounted upgrade option.
What if I purchased by mistake?
Please double-check your order before checkout, but if you made a mistake, email us immediately. If the files haven’t been accessed yet, we’ll review your request on a case-by-case basis.
